30 day healthy challenge!

So I've decided starting tomorrow I am going to do a 30 day healthy Challenge and see where it'll take me! I'm more motivated when I post it on my blog because I can't let you guys down! hehehe
Also I'll take note of how my skin and body is before and after.

So here is what I'll be doing for the next 30 days:

- Wake up at 8am every morning
- At 8:30am, walk one of my dogs for about 1 hour
- At 9:30am, walk the other dog for about 1 hour (yes I have to walk them seperately because they are impossible together! Photo is when one was still a pup! and now the pup is bigger than my other dog!)


- No snacking (on junk food)!!!! (it's only 30 days.. it won't kill me!)
- Eat 3 meals a day (big breakfast, small lunch and dinner)
- No eating after 7pm
- Drink water, at least 8 cups
- Eat at least 5 pieces of fruit/veg a day
- Wash face with face wash/exfoliator every morning and night.
- Moisturize face morning and night
- Exfoliate lips every day after brushing teeth
- Do 100 crunches
- Do stretching
- Do 20 pushups
- Cycle to work at least once a week (2 hour return), if weather permits
- Bed early, by 11pm.

- Don't forget to smile everyday

Anyone else up for a 30 day healthy challenge (you can do different things to me if some things don't apply to you, just write up your own healthy routine you must follow for 30 days)?

    1. Hehehe I know what you mean! I found it hard to be healthy when I was in Uni, but every little helps! Even instead of snacking on junk food, grab a piece of fruit ;)

  7. This sound like an awesome challenge! Just one tip though, eating snacks about every 2 hours like a apple or some nuts will actually help keep your metabolism up which in turn will make you loose weight. :)
    Good luck! I hope that at the end of the 30 days you get out if it what you wanted!

  8. good luck on your healthy challenge! i found it so funny how you have to walk your dogs separately - at least that will force you to walk those 2hours.

  13. Love your challenge. I am also starting to get back into a more healthier/fit lifestyle. I already do some of the things you have on your list, but plan on cutting back on the sweets/junk food. Good luck on your journey!
