STOP your huge spot/cyst from growing!!

April 28, 2018

Hello all you beautiful people,

So today, I bring to you something I swear by for spots... I never usually swear by anything but since I have tested this and worked wonders for me, I have decided to share it with those of you who are also looking for a solution!!!

(you can see the red spots forming on my nose, the signs of a huge spot on its way)

So last week I had a HUGE spot on my nose, literally like a statement stamp on my face as it was the most central part and probably the first thing anyone will see when they see me. It's one of those painful spots that is sore to touch... it's not quite visible yet, BUT you KNOW it's coming!! It starts off as a small red bump under the skin, then it grows, and grows... and before you know it, its a huge lump which is most probably filled with puss. (sorry for the gross details!)

Well I have had my fair share of those deep spots, I think I had 4 on my nose at one stage and it was the worst feeling ever because it was so sore and everyone would just stare at my nose when I talk to them. Since then I've only gotten them when I'm stressed, or when I grow my nails long (weird I know, but I think it's because your nails trap so much bacteria! so if you have long nails, lots of spots on your face and are touching your face a lot then maybe stop touching your face or scratching it!)

Ok, so what did I do? Well I have a tincture of propolis from my partner from when he was in Brazil, he said it's got these super healing powers.. blah blah blah, but I never really paid much attention to it, I used it when I was feeling a bit unwell, but this time I thought maybe I'll try it on my spot. So after I showered and washed my face, I used my ring finger and gently dabbed the liquid all over my nose... I topped it over probably 4 times or so. Then you just leave it there. Once it's dried you can apply makeup over it or just leave it the way it is. It smells strong when its wet but when its dried you won't notice it.
Propolis is a natural antibiotic, so protects against bacteria! Propolis is commonly used for its healing, antiseptic and restorative capabilities.

The propolis I have here is nothing fancy, it's one he got in the pharmacy for probably an equivalent of 3-4euro. I'm not sure what the price of it is in Europe, but perhaps you can find some online. Also, make sure it's pure propolis extract. Should only have 2 ingredients, this one is 40% propolis extract ( meaning there's alcohol and pure propolis!

The next day I was so surprised, the spot was no longer sore... so I applied the propolis on my nose religiously until the spot was gone and it also helped heal the scars faster!!! So the redness went away much quicker than it did previously!

This photo is from a week after using propolis everyday!

Because it worked so well on these super deep and painful spots, I would say if you have acne, you should definitely try give propolis a go! I'm not dermatologist so be sure to do your own research before using, but it works like magic for me and those nasty spots!

Has any of you guys used propolis on spots before??

Let me know how it goes if you do use it!
Lots of love,
